Andrea has recently joined Sector Weedon Grant from Ernst & Young where she was a senior manager responsible for a portfolio of housing and regeneration projects across the UK.

Andrea brings with her a wealth of experience having advised on some of the largest and most challenging regeneration projects in the UK including, most recently, Clyde Gateway (to regenerate the East End of Glasgow), the London Borough of Southwark’s Elephant & Castle regeneration scheme and Urban Living, the Birmingham Sandwell Housing Market Renewal Pathfinder.

Andrea has prepared business and financial plans and successfully secured significant sums of funding (public and private) for a wide range of housing and regeneration partnerships including Housing Market Renewal pathfinders, Urban Regeneration Companies, New Deal for Communities projects, New Housing Partnerships(including development vehicles) and more traditional LSVT and ALMO organisations. 

Her special interest is in promoting improved financial planning practices to support strategic decision making in multi agency projects.
